Secretary & Investors Account Manager Tasks:
- Managing the company archives and the investors’ files and data.
- Managing the properties’ status between our 3 departments (company that sells the property, company that designs and furnishes the property, and company that manages the property).
- Contacting the investors of our properties on a regular basis and making sure that all of their reports and needs are accomplished (depending on the continuous followup of the workflow in the company).
- keeping track of the company assets (cars, phones, laptops, media instruments etc), registering the responsibilities upon them, and arranging any needed maintenance.
- Hospitality to our guests and management only.
Qualifications needed:
- Excellent Turkish speaking - Required
- Turkish citizenship - preferred
- Can speak at least one of the 2 Languages (Arabic or English)
- Has Experience / or knowledge in secretary or organisational work
- Has Experience / or knowledge in project management
- High commitment and good skills in organization and reporting
