:Major Duties and Responsibilities
-Respond promptly to Telesales team members’ inquiries and questions regarding the treatment plan.
-Do the required support regarding the dental diagnoses.
-Handle all the related issues regarding the Dental treatments plans with the cooperation with the back office team.

:Education
- University degree in Dentistry from an accredited University.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1- 2 years experience in a similar role in the healthcare field (preferable).
- Ability to multi-task and cope with competing demands under tight deadlines.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to teamwork.

:Languages
Candidates must be fluent in one of the following languages:
- English
- Spanish
- Arabic
- German
- Romanian
