HR Generalist

Type of the job: Full-time onsite.

Job Summary: 
An Alliance of training companies is looking for an HR Generalist. The main responsibilities are enlarging and managing the pool of talents (Employees and freelance trainers), managing the employees' affairs, conducting performance appraisals, and improving the internal environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual  and administrative in his/her responsibility area(core HR/Recruitment).
- Establishing and managing Key Performance Indicators in cooperation with the departments' supervisors.
- Conducting periodic performance appraisals.
- Setting up a code of conduct and managing the workforce discipline.
 - Initiating internal environment improving projects
- Searching for, attracting, interviewing, and recruiting new talented freelance trainers to support the international operation.
- Assigning the courses to the freelance trainers.- Managing the freelance    trainers' relations.
 - Managing the evaluations of the freelance trainers every week.
- Developing guidelines for the freelance trainers and managing the discipline with these guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Min 3 years of hands-on experience in HR function within a complex international organization.
- Advance level of English.
- Arabic mother tongue. 
- Exposure to the international vocational training industry.
- A high degree of discretion when taking care of confidential information
- Highly analytical approach with a strong eye for detail.
- Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timelines and scope.
