Planning and Logistics Specialist

We are looking for Planning and Logistics Specialist to work in the Logistics Department.

Responsibilities:

• Set the plan for the patients’ logistics activities, including doctor appointment, operation room reservation, accommodation,.. etc.
• Follow up by tracking the plan stage by stage.
• Control the effectiveness of the services.
• Solve problems and react with a sense of urgency to minimize the impact on the plan.
• Support other colleagues managing the day-to-day logistics operations.

Requirements:

• University Degree or diploma .
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position in the Tourism/medical tourism sector is a must.
• Very good command of verbal and written English.
• Excellent Turkish and language skills
• Very good command of MS Office applications
• Advanced planning and reporting skills.
• Team player, target & solution oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
