Responsibilities:
· Submit reservations/ Cancellations for customers based on their various requirements.
· Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
· Selling and promoting reservation services
· Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
· Providing support to customers who may need extra stuff during their accommodation.
· Prepare daily reports showing the apartments' availabilities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree/diploma.
· Excellent communication skills
· Very good computer skills.
· Native arabic and Good English language skills.
