A leading medical tourism company in Istanbul is seeking exceptional sales representatives to join our dynamic team. Important: This is an on-site position based in Istanbul, Turkey. Applicants must already reside in Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain strong communication with international clients to understand their unique needs and concerns.

2. Transform inquiries into successful sales by providing tailored solutions.

3. Deliver comprehensive and accurate information about our services, including hair transplantation, plastic surgery, and dental treatments.

4. Handle objections with professionalism and finalize sales efficiently.

5. Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure a seamless patient journey, from consultation to post-treatment recovery.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

7. Qualifications We’re Looking For:

   1. At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical tourism sector or a related industry.

   2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

   3. Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.

   4. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.

   5. Multilingual abilities (fluency in one or more listed languages) to serve an international client base
