Monitor and analyze the calls-
Make daily reports according the company s regulations-
Keeping a record of mistakes and checking procedures-
Complete other duties as assigned by the manager -
Requirements
Excellent knowlege of french and E nglish languages-
listening and writing skills
Good kmowledge of MC Office and Excel-
Strong organizingand task management skills -
Exprience in customer service will be am advantage -
