Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the departments heads to identify future job openings, forecast hiring needs and the requirements for all departments.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Support in developing diverse source and tools for effective recruitment,
- Proactively source candidates through a variety of search methods (job postings, referrals, personal networks, social media, etc.) with a sense of urgency to meet our hiring targets,
- Manage the candidates' orientation process
- Build a good understanding of the local Talent market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment position.
- Having good MS Office skills
- Ability to work in multicultural working environment
- Responsibility, self-organization, management skills;
- Having strong communication and human relations skills,
- Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills and high reporting skills
