Talent Acquisition specilaist

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the departments heads to identify future job openings, forecast hiring needs and the requirements for all departments.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process 
• Support in developing diverse source and tools for effective recruitment,
• Proactively source candidates through a variety of search methods (job postings, referrals, personal networks, social media, etc.) with a sense of urgency to meet our hiring targets,
• Manage the candidates' orientation process
• Build a good understanding of the local Talent market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment position.
• Having good MS Office skills 
• Ability to work in multicultural working environment
• Responsibility, self-organization, management skills;
• Having strong communication and human relations skills,
• Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills and high reporting skills
