We are looking for Property Consultant with:

· Excellent communication skills in English is a MUST. (Arabic, Persian Or Urdu) is a plus!

· Disciplined, hard worker, dedicated

· Minimum 1 years of experience in the Turkish Real Estate Market

· Customer-driven and sales-oriented mindset

· Persuasive and goal oriented

· Positive, proactive attitude and self-confident

· Ability of multi-tasking

· Ability to work independently and within a team

· Eager to learn and share the experiences

· Always finding new and creative ways to work

What you would do:

· Communicate with prospects through phone, e-mails and online chatting channels. Building strong relationship with them, guiding them and creating solutions to their needs.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters

· Update CRM with daily reports after every engagement with a client.

· Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota

· Creating a seasonal sales action plan for him/herself with the Sales Team leader (projects calls, visits, meetings, etc.), carrying out planned activities at specified times
