We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Candidates with senior-level experience are preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable and maintaining the general ledger.

• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensuring compliance with local accounting regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

• Leading and guiding the accounting team and promoting their professional development.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure budget accuracy and financial forecasting.

• Managing audit processes and coordinating with external auditors.

• Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and financial procedures.

Qualifications:

• Turkish citizenship required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven accounting experience of at least 5 years.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Excel.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
