A Quality Assurance Manager is required for a company in Istanbul

Our company specializing in business management announces its need to appoint a corporate governance manager to join our distinguished team:

v Tasks and responsibilities:

o Providing support and advice to department managers to develop internal policies and regulations for each department and establish work standards for each job.

o Reviewing the procedures, regulations, and internal policies of each department and matching them with the company’s general policies, strategic goals and visions, indicating the extent of their compatibility, and pointing out any policy that contradicts the company’s general goals in order to reformulate it.

o Ensure that each department follows up on its internal work instructions and follows the procedures and policies governing its work.

o Establishing standards to maintain security, safety and public health within the workplace.

o Qualifying the company to obtain international accreditation certificates by meeting all the basic requirements for these accreditations.

o Establishing a system for archiving and preserving documents and forms, approving them, digitizing them, and unifying them at the company level.

o Following up on periodic meetings of senior management with the rest of the managers, scheduling and organizing them to increase effective communication between the company’s departments to achieve the company’s general goals.

o Ensure that each department implements its annual goals set for it and holds meetings to discuss the items of those goals and submit reports on them to senior management.

o Follow up on customer complaints reports, study and analyze them, and provide the necessary administrative consultations to avoid complaints with regard to comprehensive quality management.

o Develop and review matters related to the environment, safety and occupational health.

o Follow up on instructions for maintaining occupational health and safety.

 

v Requirements:

1. At least 7 years of experience in the field of quality management.

2. MBA degree in business administration or equivalent.

3. Holding a professional certificate in the field of quality management is an added advantage.

4. Complete mastery of the English language.

5. Complete proficiency in working on OFIS office programs such as (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

6. Develop and implement quality assurance programs.

7. Conduct quality audits.

8. Quality risk analysis.

9. Preparing reports.

10. Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and international best practices.

11. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations that apply to the company.

12. Strong analytical skills, ability to assess risks and make decisions.

13. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with key stakeholders.

14. Strong writing skills, and the ability to write reports and presentations.

15. Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage time and projects effectively.
