A secretary is required for an engineering company in Istanbul, kagithane area.
Job duties:
- Organizing appointments for managers
- Supporting and assisting other departments by providing services to the departments and managers of the Authority and assisting them in carrying out some important work (meetings - preparing files - follow-up) and so on.
Qualifications:
- University degree in accounting or equivalent
- Previous experience in similar fields of work of not less than 3 years
- Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish, preferably English as well
