Our apartment is a duplex 3+1. The ground floor is occupied by a family.
The upper floor 2+1 is used as an independent unit by a family, featuring a high ceiling and an open terrace.
Both the ground and upper floors have bathrooms, balconies, toilets, and kitchens, each independent of the other. The entrances are also separate, making them two independent apartments.
Our apartment enjoys sunlight as it is on the southern side and includes an elevator.
The rooms, lounge, and kitchens are spacious and practical.
The location is close to the main road, schools, and markets.
The building was constructed according to the project, featuring thermal and sound insulation.
