HONDA CIVIC - with 63,000 km, no parts replaced

In my car, there are no changes, but there is paint on the left rear fender, and transitional paint on the left pillar reaching up to the front pillar. It was serviced at the service center, and when asked there, they confirmed that there is no filler or dents, and the paint was done solely for color transition and gloss purposes. There are videos for the expert assessment explaining this point, I can send them to anyone interested. There is a damage record worth 3500 Turkish Lira due to the left rear fender. Two separate inspections (full body inspection and comprehensive inspection) were conducted at different centers. The car has not been serviced outside the official center. Invoices and a spare key are available, and the tires are new. The inspection is valid until the ninth month of 2025.
