Role Description
This is a full-time role for an HR and Administrative Assistant. The HR and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Company Director, assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing paperwork and files, and communicating with employees and freelancers
Tasks include but not limited to
Efficiently handle administrative and HR aspects of the company*
Writing, translating and editing documents, messages and emails when required*
Create exclusive and inclusive job titles and job descriptions, screening tests, and feedback systems*
Handling the onboarding process for remote, on-site, and overseas employees*
Managing contracts, employee performance reviews and bonuses scheme*
Communication skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees*
Manage official announcements and internal communication processes*
Plan and execute team activities, celebrate special occasions, and handle the workspace culture*
Resolve administrative obstacles and issues with a positive manner*
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent*
English is a must. Arabic is preferred. Turkish is a plus*
2 years experience in a similar role*
Experience in a multicultural remote company is a plus*
