We are seeking an experienced HRD Talent Strategy Supervisor to join our team and support the day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement talent strategies that align with the organization's objectives and growth plans.

    • Analyze and understand the workforce needs to forecast future talent requirements.

    • Develop succession planning programs for key positions to ensure business continuity.

  2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Collaborate with recruitment teams to create effective hiring plans.

    • Develop employer branding strategies to attract high-quality talent.

    • Oversee sourcing and recruitment processes to ensure the best candidate experience.

  3. Employee Development and Retention:

    • Design career development frameworks and support individual development plans for employees.

    • Create retention strategies that foster employee engagement and satisfaction.

    • Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employees’ skills and competencies.

  4. Performance Management:

    • Oversee performance management processes, including regular performance reviews, feedback, and goal setting.

    • Implement and support leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.

  5. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

    • Develop strategies and initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

    • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure DEI principles are embedded in all talent processes.

  6. HR Metrics and Analytics:

    • Track and analyze key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent strategies and initiatives.

    • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and report to senior leadership on progress and impact.

  7. Change Management:

    • Partner with leadership to drive organizational change, fostering a culture that supports transformation.

    • Manage communication and training related to talent initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR or talent management, with a proven track record of managing talent strategies and workforce planning.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of HR practices and talent management processes.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.

    • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in HR analytics tools.

    • Leadership and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
