is looking for an accountant & Odoo operator who can handle the accounting tax, finance, bookkeeping and all the other Odoo ERP applications in our Akros Istanbul head office & Factory
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Odoo ERP system for accounting and operational needs.
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Provide training and support for staff on Odoo ERP functionalities.
Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts to support financial planning.
Tasks
Input and manage financial transactions within the Odoo system.
Generate reports for management, including budget vs. actual analysis.
Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all financial activities and transactions.
Identify and implement improvements to existing accounting processes.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Experience
Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
Proficiency in Odoo ERP or similar accounting software.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Experience in training and mentoring team members.
