Required Office Manager for an E-commerce Company in Beylikdüzü/Yakuplo
Responsibilities
Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Providing direct assistance to the executive management (CEO and COO)
Managing schedules, appointments, phone calls, and correspondence for senior management
Creating and maintaining records and databases for personal, financial, and other purposes
Tracking office supply inventory and placing orders when necessary
Preparing and delivering reports, presentations, or proposals in a timely manner as required
Designing and implementing office policies, standards, and procedures
Monitoring and measuring results against set standards and making necessary adjustments
Coordinating in recruitment processes and interviews
Reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends for management
Qualifications
Condition for obtaining Turkish citizenship
Proficiency in the Turkish language is preferred
Previous experience in administration
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office applications and software
