Rental Terms and Conditions

1. The client must not have any legal reservations registered in their name and must be registered with the Social Security Institution (SGK).

2. Cars are delivered with formal rental contracts.

3. Vehicles are problem-free, with no additional costs, and are regularly maintained at authorized centers.

Individual Rental:

- Required: Driving license, ID card, a bill proving residence address, and a document proving employment.

- Individual client data is verified through the e-Government system (E-Devlet).

Company Rental:

- Required: Driving license, ID card, credit card, tax plate, official signature registry, and company activity certificate.

Booking Confirmation:

- 30% of the rental value must be paid during the booking.

What are the required driving license and age criteria for rental?

- Minimum age: 23 years.

- The driving license must be valid for at least two years.

What is the minimum rental period?

- Weekdays: Minimum rental is two days.

- Weekends: Minimum rental is 3 days.

What types of insurance are available and what do they cover?

- Insurance is invalid in the case of accidents without a police report, or when driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceeding legal speed limits.

- Damages from glass, mirrors, lamps, tires breaking, or misuse are not covered by insurance.

Can another person drive the car?

- Another person can drive the car provided their details are registered on the rental contract and an additional driver fee is paid.

- If this condition is violated, the renter will bear legal responsibility and costs.

What payment methods are accepted?

- The total cost is paid upon receiving the car, either in cash or by credit card.

- In case of extending the rental, payment must be made in advance.

- An additional security deposit is reserved based on the category of the rented car.

What is the maximum allowable mileage?

- Daily rental: 200 kilometers.

- Monthly rental: 3000 kilometers.
