WE WORK ON COMMISSION.

We are looking for a "Real Estate Sales Representative" with experience in sales/rental, who has strong motivation to work.



Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales/rental meetings with potential clients and make phone calls to develop customer relations.

- Introduce the property by meeting with potential clients,

- Manage the property sales/rental process from start to finish.

- Suggest suitable properties according to customer needs,

- Present property proposals in line with customer demands and hold meetings with potential clients.

- Manage the entire sales process from start to finish.

- Organize and monitor necessary documents related to the sales process.

- Follow developments in the real estate sector.

- Continuously update customer information.

- Conduct market research to catch new customer opportunities.

- Knowledge of the regulations related to real estate sales/rental and title deeds.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Turkish,

- Experience in the field of real estate sales/rental.

- Good knowledge of legal regulations related to real estate.

- Sales-oriented work and high persuading ability.

- Residing around Kağıthane/Istanbul,

- Actively driving,

- We are looking for a Real Estate Consultant team member with no transportation issues.
