Each room contains a bed, a wardrobe, and a TV - with a shared kitchen and bathroom.

There is a washing machine - as well as a fridge, and everything needed is available.

There is a terrace - a quiet and comfortable place, very suitable for employees.

Note: Heating, electricity, and water are included in the price... you can come just with your coat.

A rental commission is paid upon the first entry... we do not require a security deposit... in subsequent months, you only pay the monthly rent and enjoy the stay.
