1. Customer Engagement:
· Continuously engage with new and existing customers to understand and discuss their training requirements.
· Initiate and schedule meetings and presentations with clients, catering to the B2B segment, and follow up the process.
· Effectively address customer inquiries, providing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
2. Sales Team Collaboration:
· Attend weekly sales team meetings, providing insights into sales figures, goals, and potential obstacles.
· Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies.
3. Customer Acquisition and Retention:
· Acquire new customers by re-establishing contact with former clients.
· Research individual or business purchase needs to tailor offerings accordingly.
· Serve existing customers by optimizing current training plans and confirming course details.
4. Adaptation and Adjustments:
· Adjust sales tactics based on market tests and new insights in the training field.
· Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate them into the sales strategy.
Qualifications
· - Bachelor's degree in a related field
· - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
· - Proficiency in Arabic and English.
· - Experience selling B2B training courses or in a related field.
