Rental terms:
The customer renting the car must not have any legal records, and must have active social insurance (SGK).
Cars will be delivered based on official contracts.
Our cars are problem-free, do not require repairs, and maintenance is performed by authorized service providers.

Rental terms:
For individual rental: A driver's license, identity card, a utility bill showing the residential address, and proof of employment must be presented.
Client data is verified via the electronic system (e-devlet).
For corporate rental: A driver's license, identity card, credit card, income tax certificate, signature declaration, and commercial activity certificate must be presented.

To complete the reservation:
30% of the rental value must be paid at the time of booking for it to be valid.

The minimum rental period during weekdays is two days, and on weekends it is three days.

What types of insurance are available?
Insurance is automatically void in cases of accidents, theft, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceeding legal speed limits. Damages to windows, mirrors, lights, or tires are not covered by insurance.

Can friends or family drive the car?
Other people can drive the car if their driving license details are included in the rental agreement and the additional driver fee is paid. In case of an accident, the renter and the other driver share joint responsibility.

What are the payment methods?
The total rental amount is collected in cash or via credit card upon delivery of the vehicle. The rental period cannot be extended without prepayment.

What about company-specific vehicles?
Our cars are in good condition, problem-free, and have low mileage. All periodic maintenance is performed by authorized service providers.
Before and after use, our cars are thoroughly cleaned using disinfecting materials.
