Cars will be delivered based on formal contracts.

For individual rentals: A driver's license, ID card, bill showing the residential address, and proof of employment must be presented.
Customer data is verified via the electronic system (e-devlet).
For corporate rentals: A driver's license, ID card, credit card, income tax certificate, record signature, and commercial activity certificate must be presented.

To complete the booking:
30% of the rental value must be paid at the time of booking for the reservation to be valid.

What are the driver's license and age conditions?
The driver must be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver's license for at least two years.

What is the minimum rental period?
The shortest rental period during weekdays is two days, and on weekends it is three days.

What types of insurance are available?
Insurances are automatically void in cases of accidents, theft, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceeding the legal speed. Damages to windows, mirrors, lights, or tires are not covered by insurance.

Can friends or family drive the car?
Others can drive the car if their driver's license details are included in the rental contract and the additional driver fee is paid. In case of an accident, the renter and the other driver share joint responsibility.

What are the payment methods?
The total rental amount is collected in cash or via a credit card upon car delivery. The rental period cannot be extended without prepayment.

What about company-specific cars?
Our cars are in good condition, problem-free, and have low mileage. All periodic maintenance is carried out at an approved service.
Before and after use, our cars are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant materials.
