Job Description: Project Manager for retail projects in USA

Location: Istanbul, Turkey (with frequent communication and coordination with teams in the USA)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of our projects, as it involves direct communication with clients, coordination with suppliers, and overseeing the installation process in the USA. The Design Project Manager will be the primary point of contact between the client and our internal teams, ensuring that every aspect of the project is executed to the highest standards.

1. Data Management: You will be responsible for inserting and maintaining accurate data in the CRM system, ensuring that all client information and project details are up to date.

2. Customer Interaction: Collect information from customers, understand their requirements, and relay this information to the design team effectively.

3. Design Understanding: You should have the capability to read and explain design layouts to clients, helping them visualize and comprehend the design concepts effectively.

4. Design Solutions: Collaborate with the design and production team to develop creative and effective design solutions that meet client needs by checking the quality of the products in the production site.

5. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in various software is a must, including the Microsoft bundle for office tasks, AutoCAD for design drafting, and 3D software for visualizing design concepts.

6. Coordination: Coordinate changes and adjustments with the design team, ensuring that client feedback is effectively incorporated into the design projects.

7. Installation Management: Organize and manage installation teams in the USA, ensuring that all aspects of the build and installation process are executed smoothly.

8. Multilingual Communication: You should possess strong communication skills in both English, Arabic and Turkish to interact with clients and the Design team to ensure clear communication throughout the design process.

9.Contract Preparation: Prepare contracts for clients, outlining project details, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure a clear understanding between the parties involved.

10.Project Finalization: Follow through and finalize designs after closing deals, ensuring that projects are completed to the client's satisfaction and within the established timelines.

This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Your efforts will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful project execution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Arabic and Turkish is a plus.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in design, or a related industry.

Strong understanding of design and building processes, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with international clients and suppliers.

Familiarity with the U.S. construction and building regulations.
