Responsibilities:
-Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
-Entering order details into the order tracking system and managing inventory levels.
-Preparing orders for shipment, including selecting items, packing, and labeling according to company guidelines.
-Coordinating with delivery services, transport companies, and postal services for shipping orders.
Skills:
-Excellent skills in using Microsoft applications
-Previous experience in using Zoho applications or similar applications
