Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential clients to promote participation and sponsorship opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry professionals.

- Present tailored packages to meet client needs and align with event objectives.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure cohesive sales and promotional strategies.

- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

- Represent the organization at networking and industry events to build awareness and connections.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in events, luxury goods, or related industries.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.

- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.(required)

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Italian is a plus.
