Job Description:

Trestas is looking for a creative Marketing Manager capable of developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the brand identity and increase engagement with our target audience across all marketing channels.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the company's goals.

2. Analyze the market and target audience to develop effective marketing strategies.

3. Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analyze their results.

4. Enhance brand identity and increase awareness of the company's services.

5. Prepare periodic reports on marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

6. Work with the design and production team to create attractive and innovative content.

7. Follow trends and marketing directions and apply them according to the nature of the business.

8. Manage the marketing budget and ensure its efficient use.

9. Prepare a monthly content plan for all social media platforms TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

10. Write and manage creative content, and regularly publish posts and videos.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and social media management.

• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong analytical and creative skills.

• Ability to work within a team and achieve goals under pressure.

• Knowledge of the entrepreneurs and foreign investors' market in Turkey (additional advantage).
