Property Management Consultant
Job Duties:
Promoting the leasing of commercial and residential properties.
Following up on lease contracts and financial dues from tenants and landlords concerning their properties.
Following up on court cases, revenues, and municipal taxes.
Required Skills:
Practical experience in the legal requirements of real estate.
Communication skills and networking abilities.
Proficiency in Turkish language speaking and writing, and proficiency in English is an additional advantage.
Owning a Turkish driver's license.
Holding Turkish citizenship or legal residence in the city of Istanbul.
Possessing communication skills, problem analysis, and the ability to innovate appropriate solutions.
