Property Management Consultant

Job Duties:

• Promoting the leasing of commercial and residential properties.

• Following up on lease contracts and financial dues from tenants and landlords concerning their properties.

• Following up on court cases, revenues, and municipal taxes.
  
  Required Skills:

• Practical experience in the legal requirements of real estate.

• Communication skills and networking abilities.

• Proficiency in Turkish language speaking and writing, and proficiency in English is an additional advantage.

• Owning a Turkish driver's license.

• Holding Turkish citizenship or legal residence in the city of Istanbul.

• Possessing communication skills, problem analysis, and the ability to innovate appropriate solutions.
