Rental Terms and Conditions

The client must not have any legal seizure issues registered under their name and must be registered with social insurance (SGK).

Cars delivered with official rental contracts.

The cars are problem-free, without extra costs, and undergo regular maintenance at authorized centers.

Individual Rental:

Required: Driver's license, ID, a bill showing proof of residence, and a document proving employment.

Individual clients' information is checked through the e-government system (E-Devlet).

Company Rental:

Required: Driver's license, ID, credit card, tax plate, official signature circular, and a company activity certificate.

Booking Confirmation:

30% of the rental value must be paid at booking.

What are the driving license and age requirements for renting?

Minimum age: 23 years.

The driver's license must be valid for at least two years.

What is the minimum rental period?

Weekdays: Minimum rental is two days.

Weekends: Minimum rental is three days.

What types of insurance are available and what do they cover?

Insurance is invalid in case of accidents without a police report, or if driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceeding the legal speed limit.

Damage to glass, mirrors, lights, tires, or misuse is not covered by insurance.

Can someone else drive the car?

Another person can drive if their details are registered in the rental contract and an additional driver fee is paid.

Violating this condition holds the renter legally responsible and liable for costs.

What are the accepted payment methods?

The total cost is paid upon vehicle receipt in cash or by credit card.

In case of rental extension, payment must be made in advance.

An additional deposit amount is reserved based on the rented car category.

What is the maximum mileage allowed?

Daily rental: 200 kilometers.

Monthly rental: 3000 kilometers.
