 We are looking for IT employee according to the next conditions:

Day to day End-user and office support.

Install, replace and configure computer hardware, printers, operating systems, trading platforms and applications.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Troubleshoot network issues.

Install and troubleshoot windows-based systems.

Provide fast, polite and efficient responses to all staff.

Escalate unresolved incidents to proper 2nd level support teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge and experience of Windows 10 OS.

Knowledge and experience in hardware and software configurations.

Knowledge and experience with networking or CCNA certificate will be considered a advantage.

Knowledge and experience in Active directory will be considered a advantage.

Knowledge and experience of voip systems will be considered a advantage.

Ability to learn and apply IT technology and concepts.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays).

Good organizational skills.

Have a growth mindset and innovative thinking skills.

Have integrity and consistency.

Fluency in English and Arabic both verbal and written is a must.
