Rental Terms and Conditions

1. The client must not have any judicial reservations registered under their name and must be registered with the Social Insurance Institution (SGK).

2. Cars are delivered with official rental contracts.

3. Cars are problem-free, with no additional costs, and undergo regular maintenance at authorized centers.

Rental for Individuals:

- Required: Driver’s license, identification, a bill indicating residence address, and proof of employment.

- Individual clients’ information is verified via the e-Government System (E-Devlet).

Rental for Companies:

- Required: Driver’s license, identification, credit card, tax plate, official signature record, and company activity document.

To Confirm Reservation:

- 30% of the rental amount should be paid at the reservation.

What are the driver’s license and age requirements for renting?

- Minimum age: 23 years.

- The driving license must be valid for at least two years.

What is the minimum rental duration?

- During weekdays: Minimum rental of two days.

- Weekends: Minimum rental of three days.

What types of insurance are available and what do they cover?

- Insurance becomes invalid in cases of accidents without a police report, or in cases of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceeding legal speed limits.

- Damages resulting from broken glass, mirrors, lamps, tires, or misuse are not covered by insurance.

Can someone else drive the car?

- Another person can drive the car provided their details are registered on the rental agreement and an additional driver fee is paid.

- Violation of this condition makes the lessee legally responsible and liable for costs.

What are the accepted payment methods?

- The total cost is paid upon vehicle receipt, either in cash or by credit card.

- In case of rental extension, payment must be made in advance.

- An additional insurance amount is reserved based on the rented vehicle category.

What is the maximum allowable kilometers?

- Daily rental: 200 kilometers.

- Monthly rental: 3000 kilometers.
