Cars will be delivered based on official contracts.
Our cars are trouble-free, do not require repairs, and are maintained through approved maintenance services.

For individual rental: Provide driver's license, identity card, a bill showing residence address, and proof of employment.
Customer details are verified via the electronic system (e-devlet).
For corporate rentals: Provide driver's license, identity card, credit card, income tax certificate, signature record, and commercial activity certificate.

To complete the reservation:
30% of the rental value must be paid upon booking for it to be valid.

What are the driver's license and age requirements?
The driver must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license for at least two years.

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period during weekdays is two days, and on weekends it is three days.

What types of insurance are available?
Insurance coverage automatically voids in cases of accidents, theft, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceeding the legal speed limit. Damage to windows, mirrors, lights, or tires is not covered by insurance.

Can friends or family drive the car?
Other people can drive the car if their driver's license details are included in the rental contract and the additional driver fee is paid. In the event of an accident, both the renter and the other driver share joint responsibility.

What are the payment methods?
The total rental value is collected in cash or by credit card upon car delivery. The rental period cannot be extended without pre-payment.

What about company cars?
Our cars are in good condition, trouble-free, and have low mileage. All periodic maintenance is performed at approved services.
Before and after use, our cars are thoroughly cleaned using sterilizing materials.
