A leading Real Estate company in İstanbul looking to hire a Personal Assistant to the General Manager His/ her responsibilities will be:
- Maintain highest level of confidentiality
- Significant part of day is meeting coordinator for project work groups; travel scheduling, policy development and updates; and minutes of meeting and meeting support
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Receive & make phone calls
- Manage email & type correspondences
- Process Mail (personal and business)
- Maintain files & archives
Requirements:
- Effectively and efficiently works within time constraints and adjust to changing circumstances
- General organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
- Ability to demonstrate professional written and oral communications
- Self-starter who can work independently, within established procedures
