Vertical filling machine with scale 10 - 20 pieces/min

Vertical filling machine with scale allows filling granular products such as powdered sugar, legumes, and nuts 250g - 500g and 1000g - 5000g.

The powdered sugar is poured into the spiral tank, while the legumes and other groups of products are poured into the elevator tank, and the product is transferred to the machine tank with the help of the spiral/elevator. The product is transferred in the tank of the machine to the micro scales with the help of belts. The product is weighed with the help of load cell and reaches the jaw assembly via the collar tube after gluing the back part. The back of the product is glued with the help of jaws and balloons, the mouth is closed and the ballooning procedure is performed. It takes the form of a quadrilateral beam (sitting). The package is transported by the carrier. The product contact parts of the vertical scale packing machine are made of 304 quality stainless steel, which is suitable for food.
