IT Specialist

We are a growing company seeking a diligent IT specialist to take care of all our IT needs. You will be responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, and resolving all IT support, software and hardware issues.

Responsibilities:
 

• Maintaining and enhancing the computer network and system.
• Installing new software and hardware components.
• Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
• Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer system.
• Supporting with the social media pages and operation.
• Updating the software and hardware and implementing data security systems.
• Having a solid understanding of firewalls, antivirus, and anti-spyware to ensure network security.

 Qualifications:

• Good level of English reading, writing & speaking.
• Degree in computer science or a related field is preferable.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
• Personable, professional demeanor.
• Having good experience in information technology.
• having an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies.
