We are currently seeking a talented UI/UX Frontend Developer to be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining the visual identity of our projects, including design patterns and style guides. This role requires the ability to design and develop intuitive interfaces that meet business goals and exceed users’ expectations almost exclusively in HTML, CSS and Javascript using the JQuery library.

Core Responsibilities:

- Construct application pages that are based on principles of good design, usability and fast system performance

- Focus on designing and developing a unified experience across software application

- Document style standards and page logic for Quality Assurance and Support

- Work with product management, client services, marketing and clients to iteratively arrive at the final product

- Work with backend developers on defining interfaces for the pages

- Support and troubleshoot issues (process & system), identify root cause, and proactively implement sustainable corrective actions

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications or related field

- 5+ years of strong front-end design and development skills: Experience working with HTML 5, CSS3, Ajax, and JQuery

- Strong knowledge of design principle, issues, and techniques

- Solid working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop

- Experience with optimizing website performance

- Proven ability to complete rapid prototyping, and deliver/support production-quality code

- Strong team-building and customer relations skills

- Must be analytical and process-oriented and able to apply structure to complex problems
