25-40m/min bottle labeling machine with front and back surface position control

Labeling machine specifications:
1) It has a 7-inch touch screen to facilitate selection and navigation.
2) Our screen can be accessed remotely as optional, the technical team can monitor the machine status from the office.
3) Turkish and English language options are available (required language can be added).
4) It contains 30 recipes. It is enough to call up the recorded recipe when moving from Product A to Product B.

12) The product vision sensor is from SICK brand and uses a reflective photocell.
13) Conveyor speed is adjusted from the 7 inch touch screen.
14) The upper printing belt synchronizes with the conveyor speed. When the conveyor speed is reduced, the speed of the upper printing belt changes automatically.
15) Double chain correction system synchronizes with conveyor speed. When the conveyor speed is reduced, the chain correction speed changes automatically.
16) The speed of the separator motor is adjusted from the 7-inch touch screen.
17) All motors are started and stopped from the 7 inch touch screen.
18) The labeling unit has two-axis vertical and horizontal height adjustment. Facilitates labeling of conical products.
19) As an optional option, a distance scale is added to the horizontal and vertical guides.
20) The body is made of 304 stainless steel. It has two front panels that contain an electrical panel, and the two back panels can be used as a label cabinet.
21) The conveyor is manufactured from 304 stainless steel with a length of 2.5m or 3m.
22) Conveyor width 1-82mm is available.
23) 22mm thickness LINETEX T10 belt is used for the upper printing belt.
24) A special correction chain with stainless steel teeth is used, and the parts in contact with the product are coated with Teflon.
25) When a malfunction occurs in the machine, it is controlled from the 7-inch touch screen. The machine stops automatically as a security measure until the fault in the motor or labeling machine is repaired. The operator is alerted by a three-layer warning light. Red alarm - no alarm Green alarm - sounds in alarm condition.
