Rental terms:
The client renting the car should not have any legal files registered in their name, and should have active social insurance (SGK).
Cars will be handed over based on official contracts.
Our cars are free from issues, do not require repairs, and their maintenance is performed by approved maintenance services.

Rental terms:
For individual rental: A driver's license, identity card, a bill showing the residential address, and proof of employment must be provided.
Customer data is verified through the electronic system (e-devlet).
For corporate rental: A driver's license, identity card, credit card, income tax certificate, signature registration, and business activity certificate must be provided.

To complete the reservation:
30% of the rental value must be paid at the time of booking for the reservation to be valid.

The driver must be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver's license for at least two years.

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period during weekdays is two days, and on weekends is three days.

What types of insurance are available?
Insurances are automatically void in cases of accidents, theft, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceeding the legal speed limit. Damages to windows, mirrors, lights, or tires are not covered by insurance.

Can friends or family drive the car?
Other individuals can drive the car if their driver's license details are included in the rental agreement, and an additional driver fee is paid. In the event of an accident, the renter and the other driver hold joint responsibility.

What are the payment methods?
The total rental value is collected in cash or via credit card upon car delivery. The rental period cannot be extended without prior payment.

What about the company’s cars?
Our cars are in good condition, without issues, and have low mileage. All regular maintenance is carried out by approved service providers.
Before and after use, our cars are thoroughly cleaned using disinfectant materials.
